I feel this. Getting tired of living through historical events.

"May you live in interesting times."

There is too much once in a lifetime shit happening in my lifetime

Get mad! I don’t want your damn lemons, what the hell am I supposed to do with these?

I also hear Cave Johnson yelling in my head, good times in deed.

Tap for info on the quote

Character from Portal2 game by valve, the quote in full:

"When life gives you lemons, don't make lemonade. Make life take the lemons back! Get mad! I don't want your damn lemons, what the hell am I supposed to do with these? Demand to see life's manager! Make life rue the day it thought it could give Cave Johnson lemons! I'm gonna get my engineers to invent a combustible lemon that burns your house down!"

how do you get mad at an abstract concept?

Pretty sure that’s a classic internet pastime

Fuck abstract concepts. All my homies hate abstract concepts.

*"When life gives you lemons, piss in jars."*

Jokes on you, I already work in an Amazon warehouse.

Good news: we’re all working in Amazon warehouses soon

And live in Amazon housing? See you in the Amazon commissary.

"Welcome to Amazon, I love you."

Tired of the impending apocalypse. Tired of feeling like I am useless.

Where's that lemon stealing whore when you need her?

Reminder that life did not give us lemons. We created them deliberately after multiple generations of choosing the most lemon-y lemons.

But…by your own admission, life did give us lemons. We just made more lemony.

No, lemon is literally a human creation, made by crossing citron with bitter orange.

This is true in two ways :) which makes me sad :(

This is just one of the many reasons I lay heaps of blame at Baby Boomer feet.

This looks like a scene from Portal.

You're gonna need a bigger juicer

Life didn’t give you lemons. They’re a citron and a bitter orange hybrid that we created.

The analogy still stands.

Humans are the cause of all these problems too.

It's almost as if turning the entire Earth into human centred habitats was a bad idea.
