Straight up hate people and cannot remember why

Robert Jordan's wheel of time series was pointlessly gender-essentialist in many dumb ways (I loved the series anyway and it was a huge formative influence in my life) but many of them were amusing, such as this very statement:

Men forget but never forgive.
Women forgive but never forget.

Stripped of the arbitrary binary (there was SO MUCH ARBITRARILY BINARY STUFF in WoT😭) it does seem to describe two overlapping normal distributions of people that MAY have some correlation to reproductive caste that has not been proven but is thought provoking.

Me: ...I forgot what I was going to put here, but rest assured it was something clever.
